Nebraska Lottery

In 2004, voters in the state passed an amendment citing the distribution of lottery funds. Portions of funds were allocated to Nebraska Education Improvement Fund, the Nebraska State Fair, and the Nebraska Environmental Trust Fund. One percent of the profits also go to the Compulsive Gamblers Assistance Fund. These funds are still supported by the sale of lottery tickets today.
To date, the state offers 3 state-operated lottery games which include Pick 3, Pick 5, and MyDay, a unique Nebraska lottery game where you bet just $1 and stand to win as much as $5,000 simply by choosing a 6-digit date.
Over and above the state lottery games, the Nebraska Lottery also offers multi-state games. Nebraska lottery’s minimum lottery ticket buying age is 19 years.
